in this day and time there are many challenges and questians that a man faces along the way and can get side tracked by lifes tough issues but tony dungy has writtion this small and easy to understand book"uncommon manhood" which has some very encouraging and sprituel advice that shows youb how to take the high road and gives you some handy scriptures and it is so small that it can fit in your pocket and it is very inexpensive and would make a great gift for someone special or a Bible study. great awnsers for questians some questians that you may have along the way.

GREAT Father-Son Devotional Time

I'm reading the book now, and, contrary to one reviewer, there is nothing degrading or denigrating about it. This book is all about encouraging men to not follow the world's views on manhood, embracing biblical manhood, and exhorting men to be... well, MEN! I'm reading it with my 6-yr old son, and the character traits individually called out are great, and we supplement the reading with a biblical example around each character trait. Such a pithy, simple read, and yet filled with a profundity that belies the simplicity of it all.
I'm encouraging other men to read this with their sons, and use it as a platform for father-son discipleship, biblical foundations in manhood, and strengthening & building up of the man within.
