Great Bible

This is the NLT2 in Large Print, Black Bonded Leather. Now remember, when you buy this Bible it is no little object. It is over 3100 pages and probably over 4 pounds as well. The print is much, much easier to read than on the normative Life App Bibles. I was hoping this edition would become available in the Tu-Tone leathers(which are soft and beautiful), which (2012) it now is. The binding is the typical stiff, rough-feeling bonded leather. The print is great, the notes are, too. Remember this is a dynamic equivalent translation that used gender-inclusive language.It is admittedly easy to read and understand.

Life Appllication Study Bible NLT Large Print TuTone

I needed a new Bible and did a lot of research to find the one that would fit my needs. I wanted a large print, either NLT or NIV translation, and I wanted it to have soft leather. This Bible has met every requirement I had. I did buy a book cover for it because it is large and the book cover makes it easier to carry. I am currently in two Beth Moore Bible studies. Even though she uses the NIV version, the NLT has been easy to follow along with her. I would highly recommend this Bible. The references at the bottom of the pages have been extremely helpful in my studies. Love all the information at the beginning of each book. Amazon had the Bible for $30 less than I found it in several bookstores. Well worth the money.

Great study Bible

I can't say enough about this study Bible.It has easy reading large print, maps, including bios of important characters showing their strengths and weaknesses, accomplishments, and vital stats - along with lessons to learn from the person's life, ending with the key verse from the chapter. On the page beneath the actual scripture are notes referencing important verses. These notes are important in evaluating the action going on and understand what is happening and why.
I highly recommend this study Bible to anyone looking to grow in the Word.
