All you Christian ladies should get this book !!! After reading it I find that I am truly set free of any unwanted thoughts in my mind. This book is the most uplifting one I have read ! For such a little book it sure packs a punch!

great pocket guide

Love this pocket guide. It can be used alone or as a great addition to the So Long Insecurity book by Beth. Love the Bible verses and short bits of encouragement.

Great little devotional

Although the devotionals are very short in this booklet, it is perfect to use alone, or to use with another devotional each day. Even though each thought is short, there is a lot of depth in the points that Beth makes.
The Sections in the book are on one specific area of insecurity, each section containing a number of specific points from the Bible to consider. I only use one of those points each day. . I pull all I can out of each day's verse & comments, and type them into a journal, then add my my own thoughts and/or prayer after each. So simple, yet profound!!
