Some omissions and mistakes

Several of the literary agents listed in this "2014" guide have moved on from the agencies they are listed with--like 1-2 years ago. One agency listed closed over 3 years ago. Some of the agencies mentioned as accepting queries from unpublished authors state on their websites that they are closed to submissions from unpublished authors.

This wonderful resource for the Christian writer is just as good as always, and maybe better. In addition to the standard information about publishers, significant space is devoted to articles of advice and encouragement.

A welcome change

I tend to buy a new market guide every other year to see how the market is changing for Christian Authors. This exhaustive guide of agents, publishers, and publications is helpful for up and coming writers who wanting to break out into the market. This year, as a change from 2012 (my last guide) and before, there are also several articles held within from big named authors who are doing well in the industry. It's full of useful advice.
